CNC Racing F.M Race Tomos A35 , A5 -1 or 2 gear

Finally one new product from the F.M Racing team. 

Great Clutch because you can use it for 1 or 2 gear , plug & play  ! 

You can install only 1 gear , 2 gear you can leave stock  if you don't have  more than  50ccm or 65ccm it is your choise

If you use in 1 and 2 clutch same clutch "color " you must release the throttle and add it again (you have to know that 2nd gear spins slower so in 2nd gear there should be a little bit softer springs but not too much ). when engine want to change gear 

If you have too hard springs in 2 clutches, the gearbox will not shift.

If you have soft springs in 1 gear and hard springs in 2 gears, the engine will start as standard from 2nd gear

Ideal for use on all Tomos A35 / A5  conversions from 50 to 74cc. We also tested the CNC clutch ourselves and it is top notch. Best results get with inner ignitions like PVL ,HPI,Selettra ...

This set sells only (3x clutch blades made of CNC aluminum) without core as well as without springs.

You can insert any clutch spring scooter into the clutch. Which is great because you can control when the moped will start, as well as shift into 2nd gear.

It all depends on the set (hardness) of the spring and the speed.

Springs are used by Scooters  Piaggio / Minarelli 

Recommended for 50cc conversions and original ignition

1-gear - Soft
2-gear - Soft

Recommended for 65cc conversions  with inner rotor 

1-gear -Medium (Malossi Yellow / White / Black )
2-gear soft (Malossi Yellow / White  /Black )     

The moped starts at approx. 7000rpm and shifts to 10000rpm. When it starts depends on several factors: lining thickness, lining (friction), preloads, driver weight, gears ratio, oil ...

Recommended for 74ccm conversions with inner rotor 

1-gear - Hard (Stage6 / Polini / Malossi)
2-gear -Medium (Stage6, Polini / Malossi)

You can use springs by your choise or your favorite brand.

Shifting also depends on the oil change, only a minimum of 2.3 dcl of oil in the gearbox can be used for better traction grip!

The total weight of the assembled clutch (with springs, slats and insert is 215 gr)
