In order not to exceed the displacement classes in certain racing series, Airsal offers the 80cc variant of the Xtrem cylinder with 50mm bore using the standard 40mm stroke of the Derbi crankshaft. The cylinder kit, the exhausted valve timing and the vertex piston are identical to the 88cc. Even with 80cc, there is more than enough power available with this kit. The 50mm bore makes it necessary to expand the crankcase in order to be able to insert the cylinder. Assembly instructions are included.

The cylinder should only be operated with appropriate racing exhaust systems, a 21mm carburetor should be the standard.
