50ccmTech-Piston cylinder kit from Airsal. Delivery complete with all components required for assembly such as sealing set, pistons, piston rings, etc.

The large 2-part outlet offers sufficient performance potential and the kit is equipped with a very high-quality branded piston (Mahle or Vertex).
These pistons are made of a particularly resistant aluminum alloy and reduce the risk of piston seizing.
The aluminum construction of the cylinders and the extremely hard chrome-plated raceway coating ensure significantly better heat dissipation compared to gray cast iron. This means the cylinders are less susceptible to wear and piston binding due to temperature problems.

In terms of performance, this Airsal kit is in the field of 70s sports cylinders, but also has some potential in the timing, which is a bit tame when delivered.

A cylinder with sophisticated torque that ensures decent acceleration values and lower speeds than typical for other racing cylinders. All of this makes this Airsal cylinder very suitable for everyday use and engine-friendly.

Attention: Installation on mopeds with Euro4 engines (built from 2018) is only possible in conjunction with the thread adapter 38293, as these models have a temperature sensor (4-pin) with an M12x1.5mm thread installed.
