Variator BGM PRO Piaggio /Gilera 50ccm

The BGM PRO Variomatik de-throttles the drive and enables significantly better acceleration and a higher top speed.
The roller tracks have been specifically calculated for each model. The sliding surface of the strap is optimized for better grip. Thanks to the very good sliding properties of the rollers (e.g. rising sheave coated with anti-friction paint), this variator - completely gentle on the engine - already brings significantly better values to standard engines.

Enclosed are 3 sets of weights for ideal tuning to the respective application (original engine, slightly tuned, or already with 70cc cylinder). The weights can also be mixed for intermediate values. Always use the weights in the vario alternately (e.g. 5g + 6g +5g etc.).
All values of the built-in weights added together, divided by the number of weights used, result in the (virtual) individual weight (3x 5.0 grams + 3x 6.0 grams = 33 grams / 6 = 5.5 grams).
