12 Volt water pump. This R&D water pump is suitable for conversions to water cooling. In racing vehicles, mechanical water pumps are often replaced by electric water pumps because they do not require any power from the engine and therefore simply have more engine power available. In addition, mechanical pumps break down very quickly with high revving racing engines and expensive engine damage is the result.
