Counter pressure spring Polini -30% for Piaggio

This counter-pressure spring from Polini reduces the pressure by 30% compared to the original spring and is therefore ideal for light tuning.

The counter-pressure spring has the task of pressing the belt pulley in the rear converter against the V-belt. On the other hand, it provides the counter-pressure for "connecting" the variator.

A stronger counter-pressure spring is necessary as soon as the performance has been increased through tuning and the V-belt begins to slip or the engine does not rev. The counter-pressure spring is always closely related to the variator. If a different spring is mounted, the Vario must also be adjusted in any case.
