The Swiss brand swiing stands for innovation and precision in the manufacture of tuning components for mopeds and mopeds.
With the CNC-milled pulley for Piaggio engines with mono gear, you get a smooth-running drive wheel for the V-belt that is gentle on the belt. Less vibrations, more grip and longer service life for the V-belt are noticeable improvements in addition to the ingenious appearance compared to conventional, pressed steel belt pulleys.
The swiing pulleys are available in different diameters in order to be able to influence the acceleration and the top speed: A smaller belt pulley provides more top speed, but reduces the tightening. Conversely, larger pulleys increase the tightening and reduce the top speed. Different V-belt lengths are required for this! The following belt lengths are recommended by the manufacturer:
55 - 60mm pulley: 913mm for Piaggio Ciao
55 - 60mm pulley: 1075mm for Piaggio SI
70 - 80mm pulley: 935mm for Piaggio Ciao
70 - 80mm pulley: 1090mm for Piaggio SI
85 - 95mm pulley: 950-960mm for Piaggio Ciao
85 - 95mm pulley: 1100mm for Piaggio SI
