Racing reed block with the advantage of a larger cross-section - compared to a standard reed block - and the use of plastic reeds. The plastic reed valves are lighter, more flexible and therefore faster than those made of sheet metal. This noticeably improves the throttle response. Steel reeds also cause catastrophic engine damage, while a broken plastic reed valve is usually simply "ground through" without damage and is disposed via the exhaust. Because of the slot mounting suitable for Derbi D50B0, EBE, EBS, Minarelli AM and Simson reed block conversions.
