Latest variator technology from Polini. Specially tuned to untuned 50cc engines, this variator develops noticeably better acceleration and a little more top speed using all the components supplied. The power transmission is much more direct, also thanks to the Polini "Evo-Slider", a friction-minimizing plastic pad for the counter-pressure spring, which allows the converter to be shifted more easily.

If the scooter is not tuned, the variomatic simply has to be installed with all the components. According to Polini, no further voting is necessary. Of course, thanks to the newly designed roller tracks, the variator is also a very good choice for tuned vehicles. However, an adjustment of the variomatic weights to the corresponding tuning level is necessary here.

Included in the scope of delivery: Hi-Speed variator complete with sleeve, matched reinforced counter-pressure spring with Evo-Slider as well as 1 set of variator weights 16X13 with 8.4g. The assembly instructions are located below the plastic insert in the packaging.
