Variator speed-up kit Naraku 16mm for CPI, ATU Explorer, Baotian, Generic, Keeway, Nova Motors 50ccm 2T

Variable tuning set for original variators and almost all tuning variators. The length of the variator sleeve can be influenced by the speed-up discs: A lengthening usually improves the acceleration and a shortening increases the top speed. Before assembly, it is essential to measure the length of the original sleeve and then use the washers to change the size of the speed-up sleeve accordingly!

The kit contains the open racing variator sleeve, spacers, discs with a thickness of 0.1, 0.2 and 0.5 mm. Dimensions of the sleeve 16x21x37.

When using in tuning variators, please measure the outer diameter of the installed sleeve beforehand. This should be 21mm.
