Polini Hi-Speed variator suitable for Peugeot Kisbee 50cc 4-stroke Euro 5 vehicles.

Latest variator technology from Polini. Specially tuned for un-tuned 50cc engines, this variator develops a noticeably better acceleration and slightly more top speed using all supplied components. The power transmission is much more direct, also thanks to the Polini Evo-Slider, a friction-minimising plastic pad for the back pressure spring, which makes the converter easier to shift.

If the scooter is not tuned, the variator simply needs to be mounted with all components. According to Polini, no further tuning is necessary. Of course, due to the newly designed roller weight tracks, the variator is also a very good choice for tuned vehicles. However, an adjustment of the variator roller weights to the appropriate tuning level is necessary here.

Included in delivery are: Hi-Speed variator complete with sleeve, tuned reinforced back pressure spring (+15% reinforced) and 1 set of variator roller weights 16x13 with 6.3g. The assembly instructions are located below the plastic insert of the packaging.
