The Polini Maxi Hi-Speed is one of the most powerful variators in the maxi scooter range. The focus here was on the construction of the roller tracks, which make better use of the existing power range of the engine than with the original variator. This means that the translation of the variomatic changes in a more favorable torque range. Result: better acceleration and slightly more top speed.

The Polini Vario is also characterized by processing quality and reliability. A sealed plain bearing with a cleanly processed bearing bush significantly reduces friction values and dirt loads in the sliding movement. The result is perfect shifting behavior and longevity thanks to reduced wear.

The scope of delivery includes the complete variator with 3 sets of 19x17 vario rollers, each weighing 5.8g, 8.7g and 10g, the vario sleeve, sliders and 1 tube of converter grease for the vario sleeve. Instructions are included.
