The Airsal Racing Xtrem is now available in an 80cc version. Unlike the big-bore cylinders, this one uses a long-stroke crankshaft, which makes it possible to retain the 47.6mm bore. As you’d expect from a high-end cylinder, it comes with a Vertex piston with only one ring. The original 10mm small-end bearing would have been too feeble, which is why the kit only comes in a 12mm version. Just like the MHR TEAM 2, the Racing Xtrem is equipped with three boost ports; the oval exhaust flange is well-known from the Polini Evolution series. For better sealing, the cylinder head is constructed to reach 1.5mm into the combustion chamber. The familiar bridged exhaust port of the T6 has been kept, offering a sound basis for porting.
A crankshaft with 45 mm stroke and 80 mm conrod is required! (fitting crankshaft: C31073350)
