KTM clutches are required for mopeds with racing ignition / internal rotor ignition.

Think HPI, Selettra and PVL ignitions.

The clutch is not made for better acceleration, but we have focused solely on making a solid clutch that will not break. Since the clutch also has to withstand a lot on cross mopeds, the KTM clutch is also suitable for cross mopeds.

We tested the KTM clutches on an internal rotor ignition moped and had no problems with it. We also tested the clutch on two 65cc cross mopeds. After a full day of running, we didn't encounter any problems.

Because of this, even segments without clearance connect nicely to the hub. Our clutches don't rattle because of it. Springs that are too tight will cause too much slip when starting. While this can sometimes provide better acceleration, it also often results in very rapid wear of the one-way bearing in the clutch housing (resulting in a damaged crankshaft). We decided on slightly softer springs. It will last much longer.

This clutch brings the speed and reliability from KTM clutch engineering to the Tomos platform. The clutch engagement mechanism is controlled by a stack of cupped washers, you tune the engagement by adding or subtracting the cupped washers

Don't forget to loctite the allen screws so they don't back out while you're running it. . You've - got - to -try - this
