The Malossi aluminum cylinder with 172ccm is probably one of the most popular big bore cylinders for 125ccm or 150ccm scooters with air-cooled Piaggio 2-stroke engines. Even with the original 150ccm, the cylinder still offers significantly more torque than the factory cylinder.

Perfect workmanship and the best performance values make this cylinder with 6 transfer ports a top choice for everyone who expects the best. Using the appropriate components, rich performance values can be achieved. The cylinder can also be used with standard components and combines powerful cruising with long durability. Of course, good carburettor tuning is required.

The cylinder kit is delivered including the cylinder head. We recommend lighter variator rollers, a new spark plug and the main jet should be 8-12% larger as a guideline.
