Carburettors with a clamp connection (direct mount) are used wherever the carburettor is pushed directly onto the intake manifold without a rubber connector/rubber intake manifold and secured with the clamp (flange) on the carburettor. This may be necessary due to the factory-equipped rigid intake manifold or various tuning intake manifolds. We generally specify the diameter of the carburettor's clamp connection. In addition, the carburettor connection widths for clamp carburetors can be found with suitable intake manifolds.

Polini air filters with 46mm connection are available from us. With the optional air filter adapter, normal sports air filters and original air filter boxes with a 35mm connection can also be installed. The flow-optimized aluminum construction is also an average of 40% lighter.

The carburetor is delivered as a classic tuning carburettor including the choke button directly on the carburettor. Alternatively, a Polini or third-party choke cable can be purchased additionally and the choke lever positioned elsewhere.
