New J.Costa PRO variator, with a heat sink inside the variator (circular projections) between the area of the masses and the area of the bushing, obtaining a reduction in the working temperature and a lower structural weight of the new and exclusive variator .

At the same time, we obtain with this new design a better aerodynamic effect and a more precise inertial control; the new holes, made inside the housing of the masses, are acting with a pressure-depression effect, obtaining a faster action of the masses on the bell, conferring a greater smoothness of operation and direct response when entering a higher gear, as well as in the reduction to a lower gear, without appreciating jumps or jerks.

The new technology uses the air as a dynamic fluid to help the masses to emerge, or collect, more quickly without increasing fuel consumption.

We improved the operating smoothness of our variator, optimal aerodynamics, weight reduction, greater inertial control, lower working temperature, all thanks to its revolutionary design with heat sink and quality improvement of all variator components, thus increasing its durability and reduced maintenance.

We achieve a faster and more direct operation, a greater reaction to the Gas Fist, thanks to the effect, Mass Pressure-Depression and a reduction in fuel consumption at high speeds.
